Bookings & Reservations

How can I book corporate hospitality?

To book simply visit our corporate portal or contact our partnerships team via email or phone (02) 8566 4667, and a member of our team will promptly assist you.

Is there a minimum booking requirement?

No minimum for function spaces. Private boxes require 6+ guests; suites require 16+ guests.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa and Mastercard. AMEX is not accepted.

What is the cancellation policy?

More than 56 days out = full refund
28–56 days = 50% retained
Less than 28 days = no refund

Can I modify my booking after it is confirmed?

Yes. Contact partnerships@dragons.com.au or call (02) 8566 4667.

What is the latest I can book my tickets?

At least 2 weeks prior. Final catering numbers are due 1 week out.

Ticketing

When & how can I expect to receive my tickets?

Tickets are emailed 1–2 weeks before the event, including match day info.

If I can no longer attend, are my tickets transferrable?

Yes. You must ensure guests receive the correct match day and dress code info.

Match Day

Where is my corporate facility located in the stadium?

Location depends on your package and venue. See [full location list].

What time can we access the corporate facility?

Gates open 2.5 hours before kick-off. Food/beverages from 2 hours prior. Times may vary for weekday games.

What is included in my corporate hospitality package?

Packages include food, drinks, VIP seating, halftime refreshments, and steward service. Details may vary by function.

How do I advise special dietary requirements?

Contact partnerships@dragons.com.au or (02) 8566 4667 at least 3 days before the event.

Can I bring my child who is under 18?

Yes. Children are welcome but must comply with RSA laws (no alcohol).

Do I need a ticket for my child who is 4 or under?

No, as long as they sit on your lap.

What if I need accessible seating?

What is the dress code?

Smart casual. Thongs and singlets are not permitted.
