How can I book corporate hospitality?

To book, visit our corporate portal or contact the partnerships team via email or phone (02) 4217 7728.

Is there a minimum booking requirement?

No minimum for function spaces including The Lounge, The Premiership Club and The Lockeroom. Open Air boxes require 6+ guests. Private Suites require 12+ guests.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX. Please note that there is a surcharge at the checkout for AMEX payments.

What is the cancellation policy?
  • More than 56 days notice: full refund
  • 28–56 days notice: 50% retained
  • Less than 28 days notice: no refund
Can I modify my booking after it is confirmed?

Yes. Contact partnerships@dragons.com.au or call (02) 4217 7728.

What is the latest I can book my tickets?

At least 1-2 weeks prior. Final catering numbers are due 1 week out.

Ticketing

When & how can I expect to receive my tickets?

Tickets are made available to you at least 1–2 weeks before the game, including match day info. You will receive an email outlining the instructions on how to access your tickets when they are available. All tickets are electronic in PDF format.

Are tickets transferrable?

Yes. You must ensure guests receive the correct match day and dress code info.

Match Day

What time can we access the corporate facility?

Gates traditionnaly open 2.5 hours before kick-off. Food and beverage service usually commences 2 hours before. Times may vary for weekday games and will be communicated to you prior to each game. All important times are detailed on the ticket for each game.

What is included in my corporate hospitality package?

Packages include food, drinks, VIP seating, halftime refreshments, and steward service. Details vary by function.

How do I advise special dietary requirements?

Contact partnerships@dragons.com.au or (02) 4217 7728 at least 5 days before the event.

Can I bring my child who is under 18?

Yes. Children are welcome but must comply with RSA laws (no alcohol).

Do I need a ticket for my child under 4?

No, as long as they sit on your lap.

What is the dress code?

Smart casual. Thongs and singlets are not permitted.
