How can I book corporate hospitality? To book simply visit our corporate portal (https://corporate.dragons.com.au/) or contact our partnerships team via email or phone (02) 8566 4667, and a member of our team will promptly assist you.
Is there a minimum booking requirement? There is no minimum booking requirement for function spaces, while private suites and boxes have a minimum requirement of 6 guests for boxes and 16 guests for suites.
What payment methods are accepted? We accept Visa and Mastercard. Please note that American Express (AMEX) is not accepted.
What is the cancellation policy?
If cancellation occurs more than 56 days prior to the event, a full refund will be issued.
For cancellation between 56 and 28 days prior to the event, 50% of the fee will be retained by the Club.
If cancellation occurs less than 28 days prior to the event, the full amount will be retained by the Club.
Can I modify my booking after it is confirmed? Yes, you can modify your booking. Please contact a member of the Dragons Partnerships team at partnerships@dragons.com.au or phone (02) 8566 4667 to request a modification.
What is the latest I can book my tickets? We strongly encourage purchasing tickets at least two (2) weeks out from the event to secure your seats, as catering and guest numbers are cut off one (1) week out.
TICKETING
When & how can I expect to receive my tickets? Tickets will be emailed to you electronically 1-2 weeks prior to the event date. All relevant match day information will be included with your tickets.
If I can no longer attend, are my tickets transferrable? Yes, tickets are transferrable to other guests. It is your responsibility to ensure they receive the appropriate match day information and dress code details.

Chairman’s Club Netstrata Jubilee Stadium: Located on Level 3, accessible via stairs or lift, with entry through Gate A. It is situated in the Upper Grandstand towards the Southern end
WIN Stadium: Located on Level 2, accessible via stairs or lift, with entry through Gate B (Harbour Street). Identified as the Victory Room, located in the Western Grandstand closer to the Southern end.
Captains Lounge Netstrata Jubilee Stadium: Located on Level 3, accessible via stairs or lift, with entry through Gate B. It is situated in the Upper Grandstand, closer to the Northern end.
WIN Stadium: Located on Level 2, accessible via stairs or lift, with entry through Gate B (Harbour Street). Identified as the Winners Room, located in the Western Grandstand, closer to the Northern end.
Legends Club Netstrata Jubilee Stadium: Located on Level 1, accessible via stairs or lift, with entry through Gate A. Positioned in the Lower Grandstand, closer to the Southern end.
WIN Stadium: Located on Level 2, accessible via stairs or lift, with entry through Gate A (Harbour Street, near the WIN Entertainment Centre). Identified as the Champions Room, situated in the Northern Grandstand.
Private Suites Netstrata Jubilee Stadium: Upper suites are located on Level 3, accessible via lift or stairs, with entry through Gates A and B (as per your ticket). Positioned in the Upper Grandstand. Lower suites are located on Level 1, accessible via lift or stairs, with entry through Gates A and B (as per your ticket). Positioned in the Lower Grandstand.
WIN Stadium: Located at the top of the grandstand, accessible only via stairs, with entry through Gate C (Harbour Street). Situated in the Southern Grandstand. Open Air Boxes Netstrata Jubilee Stadium: Located on Level 3, accessible via lift or stairs, with entry through Gates A and B (as per your ticket). Situated in the Upper Grandstand.
WIN Stadium: Located on Level 2, accessible via stairs or lift, with entry through Gate B (Harbour Street). Positioned in the Western Grandstand, in front of the coaches/media boxes.
What time can we access the corporate facility? Corporate gates typically open 2.5 hours prior to kick-off, with food and beverage service commencing 2 hours before the event. Please note, these times may vary depending on the match, especially for Thursday 7:50pm and Friday 6:00pm games.
What is included in my corporate hospitality package? All corporate hospitality packages include complimentary food and beverage service for the duration of the event, VIP seating, halftime refreshments, and steward service. Please be aware that package inclusions may vary depending on the function.
How do I advise special dietary requirements for catering? Please get in contact with our partnerships team at partnerships@dragons.com.au or phone (02) 8566 4667 for assistance. Dietary requirements must be notified at least 3 days prior to the event.
Can I bring my child who is U18? Yes, there are no age restrictions for any of our functions. However, all under-18 guests must comply with RSA laws and are strictly prohibited from consuming alcohol.
Do I need a ticket for my child who is 4 or under? No, children aged 4 or under do not require a ticket, provided they are seated on the lap of their parent or guardian.
